When do I get a response to my complaint?

We take all complaints seriously. If we can resolve the complaint ourselves, we will do this as soon as possible. For most other complaints, we depend on feedback from the airline or a third party and the handling time may be longer.

Can I submit my complaint about an airline to you?

You can complain about an airline by submitting you claim to us. However, some airlines accept complaints only if they are submitted by the customer, in that case we suggest that you contact your airline directly. We act as an intermediary and therefore, we are not responsible for the facilities and services of air carriers.

Who can I contact for questions about flight delays, cancellations and denied boarding?
